The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of VERA MILLER Cosmetics International’s Website, located at vera-miller.com. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use VERA MILLER Cosmetics International if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Application of our general terms and conditions

Our general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. VERA MILLER Cosmetics International can change these general terms and conditions at any time.

2. Conclusion of a contractual relationship

By clicking on place an order, you submit an order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is generated automatically and send by E-mail.

Our regional sales office will then send you within 24 hours an order confirmation and invoice by E-mail along with all details.

3. Prices

All given product prices do not include VAT and delivery costs.

The delivery costs are calculated based on actual cost. For orders exceeding a certain minimum amount shipping might be free of charge.

We reserve the right for price changes.

4. Delivery

The delivery of all confirmed orders will be made to the specified delivery address.

Delivery will take place within 2-3 days after receipt of full payment.

5. Return

Guarantee

Our products are freshly made and subject to a limited life time. Therefore, products that have been shipped can not be returned (except damaged goods).

In the event of a complaint we ask you to contact us to discuss the problem before returning! Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Our products are made with care and according to our very special recipes. In order to guarantee the natural quality, we do not use preservatives.

Enjoy our products within the given life time and keep them in a cool and dry place, best at 8 to 18° C.
